100 Word Rant: The Roundabout

Cole Morse, Opinion Editor

I hate you, Roundabout. My whole life changed on that fateful January day when I crossed the menacing white lines of your circumference. There, only moments away from the safety of the main road, I felt the giant SUV T-bone my poor, gold 2007 Honda Accord, my beautiful “Bentley.” After slamming my head into the door and spinning into the wrong lane, I knew I hated you. It took me months before I could cross the cursed circle again without fear. Why? Why’d you do this, Roundabout? Your purpose is to make life easier, but you only brought me pain.
