Last Friday after a competitive morning of Hungry Hungry Hippos, Cultural Literacy and many other exciting Olympics games, the SA student body gathered at the Pavillion by the football field ready to rock out at the 27th annual Rockfest!

Rockfest allows the musical talents from the Upper School to perform to their peers. Rockfest is always considered to be a great success due to the great number of students here at SA who can sing, dance and play many different instruments, but what made Rockfest 2018 stand out?

“I performed at this years Rockfest,” Sophomore Abby McCaughan said. “It was kind of scary but it was fun. I enjoyed it because I was up there performing with all of friends”

“The number of people that performed was great,” Senior CJ Carron said. “A lot more people performed this year and they were all very talented.”

“Rockfest 2018 was awesome,” Junior Margaret Branson said. “It was exciting to see people who performed last year perform again.”

If you have a musical talent that you’d like to showcase to your peers be sure to sign up for Rockfest 2019!
